A private, organization-only space where every assessment a member of your parish, youth ministry, or diocese completes flows in automatically. You can filter by charism, by score color (red, orange, green), and by the specific gift you need right now. You can see at-a-glance what your community's Identity Quotient looks like, where the strong charisms sit, and who has finished versus who is still pending.

Custom Reports
A built-in reporting suite that turns your dashboard data into something you can print, email, or hand to a pastor in a meeting. Pull a Charism Distribution Analysis to see where your community is strong and where the gaps are. Pull an Organization Identity Mix that helps you understand how to meet everyone in your community where they are at spiritually in the most effective way possible. Filter any of it by tag — small group, ministry team, confirmation class, parish staff — and download a User Assessment Summary or Strong Charism Matrix for just that group.
Reports come out as clean, clear PDFs. They are made to be shared with people who do not log into the dashboard.
Charism Compass AI
An AI guide trained on every Many Parts book, podcast episode, and discernment resource — and connected to your organization's assessment data. Ask it, "What roles in our parish would be a good fit for Lucy?" and it pulls Lucy's top charisms and recommends specific roles based on our Ministry Map. Ask it, "What service project would be a good fit for the eight teens in our confirmation class?" and it brainstorms ideas grounded in their charism mix and our youth materials.
It is the brainstorming partner you wished you had at 9pm the night before the volunteer meeting.
API Integration with Your Parish CRM
If your parish, youth ministry, or diocese already runs on a CRM — a directory system, a database, a ministry-management platform — charism data should live there too. Our API pushes assessment results directly into the records you already work with, so a parishioner's charism profile shows up alongside their sacramental info, ministry involvement, and contact details.

Every program admin gets unique codes for their organization — member codes for parishioners, plus admin, volunteer, and presenter codes for your team. You can see which codes are active, how many seats are left, and which roles are covered, all from inside your dashboard. When you run out, you can purchase more in a few clicks.
Volunteer & Presenter Training
Tools are only as good as the people using them. Our Volunteer Accompaniment Training equips a team of parishioners to walk one-on-one with someone after their assessment — helping them name what they saw, talk through the language, and discern a real next step. Presenter Training equips someone to teach the foundations of charisms to a group: in a session, a class, a retreat, or a parish-wide rollout.
