If you’ve been through Volunteer Accompaniment Training or our Charism Coaching Certification, you know what it’s like to sit across from one person and help them discern the gifts God has given them. It’s extraordinary work — and at some point, a lot of people start wondering how to open that same door for their small group, their parish, or a retreat hall full of people.
That’s exactly what Presenter Training is for.
This is an advanced course for people who have already studied charisms deeply. It doesn’t re-teach the theology — it equips you to give five specific presentations on charisms to any audience, with everything already made for you. You bring the knowledge and the love for the people in front of you. We bring the rest.
A complete introduction to charisms for a ministry night, an OCIA session, or a parish event — any group, any hour. Includes versions for adult and youth audiences.
The core long-form workshop and the one you’ll likely give most often. Every single slide gets an in-depth walkthrough in your training.
The most comprehensive format — a full charism discernment experience for retreat days and formation days with room to go deep.
Made for date nights, marriage enrichment, and couples retreats. Charism discernment changes the way couples understand each other — this presentation is built around that.
The follow-up presentation for groups that have already been through initial discernment and are ready for what comes next. This is how you keep the momentum going after a workshop.
We plan to add more presentations over time — a Hearing God Speak workshop is already on the list — and your access includes everything we add.
You won’t find a word-for-word script in this course, and that’s intentional. People have fantastic radar for inauthenticity, and nobody is served by a presenter trying to be someone else. The slides and notes give you the structure; your own knowledge and experience with charisms does the rest. You are going to be in the rooms you’re in for a reason.
That freedom only works when it’s married to robust knowledge — which is why Presenter Training has a prerequisite.
You’re eligible if you are enrolled in (or enrolling alongside) Volunteer Accompaniment Training or the Charism Coaching Certification. Presenter Training teaches you how to give these presentations — those courses are where the comprehensive charism education happens, so you can support what you share and answer the questions that come up.

Yes — and for a lot of people we’d encourage it. Your time, training, and expertise deserve to be compensated. You keep everything you earn; we don’t take royalties or a cut. Volunteering your presentations is a beautiful option too, if that fits your season.
No. Presenter Training is an as-needed resource. If you’ve been invited to give one specific workshop, you can prepare for just that presentation and go. We’re not in the business of wasting anyone’s time.
Two things, on the honor system: use the presentations unedited, with credit to Many Parts Ministries, and use our charism assessment whenever an assessment is part of your event. Bulk assessment rates are available when you book events — just email us.
You present as yourself, using Many Parts resources — Presenter Training doesn’t come with a formal credential or make you a staff presenter. You’re free to grow your own speaking ministry with these presentations, as often and in as many places as you’d like.
Wonderful — that’s the dream. Presenter Training equips you; our Parish Programs equip an entire parish, with the technology, logistics, and team structure that make charism discernment work at scale. Trained presenters are a tremendous asset inside those programs, and pointing a parish there is one of the best gifts you can give them.
