What this is
Marching Orders is a six-session small group study built on the Church's own documents. Each of the five questions from Mission Clarity gets a full session, and the sixth session brings them all together into each participant's personal deployment plan.
This is a study for groups that want to walk out of the room having learned, discerned and decided something — every session ends with each participant speaking a specific commitment aloud and making one accountability ask of the group for the coming week. Real dialogue, real decisions, real follow-through.
The leader's guide includes everything you need to run the whole study: session-by-session plans, the document excerpts to read together, discussion questions built for actual conversation, leader prep notes, and guidance on the common places groups get stuck.
The six sessions

Sessions run 60–90 minutes and follow the same rhythm every week, so the group settles in fast and the leader always knows what comes next.

Roll Call
Check in, recap last week’s marching orders and how the week went, and open in prayer.

Briefing
Read the session’s Church document excerpts together and frame the question they answer for us.

Iron Sharpens Iron
Group discussion questions designed for real dialogue — not journaling out loud.

Personal Discernment
Solo prayer and reflection with the session’s worksheet or one-page tool.

Marching Orders
Each participant names a concrete decision, speaks it aloud, and makes one accountability ask of the group.

Closing Prayer
Close together, with the week’s commitments named and carried out the door.
