Thank you for helping the people of your diocese discover the gifts the Holy Spirit has given them. This short orientation walks you through how the assessment works, what you’ll see, how to care for people’s results, and where to find your training.
Please stay with us all the way through. The last step is a short Dashboard Access Request. That’s how your personal login to your parish Assessment Results Dashboard gets set up. If you close this window before you send it, your access isn’t requested yet, and you’ll need to come back and start again.
It takes about 7 minutes.
As an administrator, you have three things:
We’ll go through each one, starting with what the people in your diocese experience.
You’ll be the person people ask for help, so here’s the path they take:
Teens 14–20 automatically get a version written for their age through the same link. The assessment is not made for anyone under the age of 14.
Spanish speakers: the account page is in English, and their browser can translate it. Once the assessment opens, they tap Español, and everything from there on is in Spanish, including their results.
To see their results again later, people log in at manypartsministries.com and click “Access Assessment Results” in the top menu.
This is where you’ll see results and your diocese’s question answers, and where you can tag and export them.
Your login is yours alone. Every administrator gets their own personal login, and logins are never shared, even with someone on your own staff. If someone else needs access, they go through this same onboarding.
People trust us, and you, with this personal information. These five commitments are part of your diocese’s agreement, and they apply to every administrator:
Results are where discernment starts. The people in your diocese will need someone to walk with them as they figure out what their results mean and try their gifts out in service. This training prepares you to be that person for both individuals and small groups.
What you’ll learn, in eight sessions:
The Master Guide is a short course that shows you how to use every part of your results dashboard, one lesson at a time. Take the lessons in any order, and come back to them whenever you need a refresher.
What it covers:
Start with the tour and the Enrollments page. Those two cover most of what you’ll do day to day.
Beyond your training, here’s the live help that comes with being an administrator:
Please add [email protected] to your contacts, so the workshop invitation and our emails don’t land in spam.
Tell us who you are and which part of your diocese you’ll be serving. Your diocese confirms every administrator before access is turned on to safeguard your diocesan results.
Thank you! Your request is in.
Here’s what happens next:
This process is necessary to safeguard the results of your parishioners and can take up to 2 business days, so thank you for your patience.
In the meantime, your training and resources are available immediately!
