Some parishes want charism discernment brought to everyone, adults and teens, and they want it done well the first time with help from people who have done it before. That is what this program is for.
Support runs in two directions here. Inside your parish, we train your own people to lead this: three of them go through Presenter Training and can run evergreen charism events without us, and up to sixteen can go through Volunteer Accompaniment Training and can walk a parishioner through discernment one-on-one or in a small group. Both teams have their own leadership retreat and their admin access, so by the end of the year there is an entire community on the ground in your parish invested in this work.
Outside your parish, our team is in it with you. You get a dedicated account manager for your parish and a second one for your youth ministry, a written strategy plan for each, and office hours every other week. Our staff also comes and leads the kickoff — a charism workshop for your parish and a charism retreat for your youth ministry — so the first experience your people have of this is a good one, run by someone who has done it many times.
This program is completely beginner-friendly, and it is built so that nobody has to figure anything out alone. Your account managers start where you are, and every person you have trained is trained by us.
Our goal is that a year from now your parish can run an incredible Charism Workshop, date night, or small group study, and you never need to reach out to us at all.
Three seats to Presenter Training. Three of your people learn to present charisms to a room — at a ministry night, a parent meeting, a staff formation day, or a Confirmation retreat. Once they are trained, you can put charisms on any parish calendar you want without waiting on travel schedules or budget approvals.
Sixteen seats to Volunteer Accompaniment Training. This is our flagship training on how to help a person holding an assessment report figure out what to do with it, one-on-one or in small groups. Sixteen seats is enough to cover both ministries and to keep going when a few of those people move or step back.
Eight administrative seats to your adult program, and eight to your youth ministry. Dream and plan as a community instead of as an individual.
A retreat for each leadership team. The on-demand charism leadership retreats — one built for your adult leaders, one for your youth ministry team — so the people leading this have been through it themselves.
The whole curriculum and every portal. Spirit Rising for youth ministry, eight Youth Ministry Resource Portal seats, Parent Resource Portal access for every parent, and Animating the Body of Christ Charism Discovery Bible Study, What You Carry Group Study and Open Your Gifts for the whole parish.
The other half is us. Not a support email address — people who know your parish inside and out.
A dedicated account manager for your parish, and a second for your youth ministry. Two people whose job is your rollout. They know where you are, they are already thinking about your next step before you ask, and you can talk to them via email and at regular office hours.

A kickoff youth ministry charism retreat, led by Many Parts staff. The same idea, built for teenagers.
A full written strategy plan for each side. A parish-wide charism engagement strategy plan and a youth ministry strategy plan — on paper, specific to your community, so your pastor can read it and your next youth minister can pick it up.
Bi-weekly office hours for both ministries. Every other week, all year, someone from our team is on a call to answer whatever has come up since the last one.
Your account manager goes through the dashboard with you. They will sit down and walk you through what your parish's results actually show and what to do about it.

Each person takes the charism assessment online in about twenty to twenty-five minutes, and it saves as they go, so nobody has to finish in one sitting. They get a custom PDF report naming the charisms the Holy Spirit is most likely working through.
The assessment is the starting point, not the verdict. It narrows twenty-four possible charisms down to the ones most likely present, and then the person tests them in service and prayer — which is where discernment happens. After a period of discernment, we invite each person to enter into "charism commitment," which allows them to intentionally steward the gifts God has given them moving forward.
Results come into one Assessment Results Dashboard for your parish, which you can tag and sort — and at this tier you are never reading it alone. Your account manager goes through it with you, and the people you had trained are the ones who follow up with each parishioner.
The in-person versions have additional travel costs. Virtual versions are included at no extra cost, and plenty of parishes start there.
Your account manager will schedule both with you during onboarding, in line with your strategic plan.
Whatever you have already spent on a Many Parts program for parish or youth ministry credits toward this one. If you are on the Combined Parish & Youth Ministry Program and want to move up, you pay the difference, not the whole cost again.
