You have already decided that charism discernment is happening in your parish. The question now is how it gets rolled out, to whom, and who's driving.
The Combined Parish & Youth Ministry Program is built for the parish that wants to create their own flexible approach to charism discernment, for adults and teens simultaneously. You know your parish better than anyone outside ever will, so we give your team everything you need to make this your own: planning tools, the curriculum, the marketing, the bulletin articles, the dashboard, the parent access, and every assessment. Your team sets the pace, and we stay reachable the whole way, starting with an onboarding hour for your adult team and another for your youth ministry team.
This program is completely beginner-friendly. Your team does not need charism experience to run it, and nothing here assumes anyone has done this before. We give you the plan, the words, and the materials, and we are on the other end of an email while you use them.
1. Start with an hour on the phone. One-on-one onboarding: an hour for your adult team and an hour for your youth ministry team. You bring your calendar and your questions; you leave with a rollout plan built around them.
2. Pick your starting model. The Implementation Handbook and worksheets walk your team through choosing how charism discernment starts running in your parish, and the Guide to Parish Models of Charism Discernment shows you what options are available.
3. Invite the parish. Weekly bulletin articles, marketing copy, and templates are written and ready to use, so nobody on your staff has to draft anything from scratch. Your pastor and other priests or deacons get a monthly digest connecting the Sunday readings to charisms, so people are hearing about this from the ambo, not just reading about it in the bulletin.
4. Everyone takes the charism assessment. Adults and teens, on their own time, wherever you want it to fit — at home, in a small group, or in the parish hall on a night you set aside for it. Results come into one dashboard your team can tag and sort with auto-categorizations for Adults and Youth.
5. Youth ministry runs Spirit Rising. The curriculum comes with session guides and small-group guides, so your youth minister is not building Wednesday night from scratch. Every parent of a teen in your program gets Parent Resource Portal access, so parents are learning how to intentionally support their teens as well.
6. Engage your people in their mission. Follow-up lives in both the personal discernment of each individual and the intentional invitations of the parish and youth ministers - asking people to help with the right thing at the right time based on their most likely charisms.

Each person takes the charism assessment online in about twenty to twenty-five minutes, and it saves as they go, so nobody has to finish in one sitting. They get a custom PDF report naming the charisms the Holy Spirit is most likely working through.
The assessment is the starting point, not the verdict. It narrows twenty-four possible charisms down to the ones most likely present, and then the person tests them in service and prayer — which is where discernment happens. After a period of discernment, we invite each person to enter into "charism commitment," which allows them to intentionally steward the gifts God has given them moving forward.
On your side, results come into one Assessment Results Dashboard you can tag and sort, so your leaders can find the people they need for a ministry instead of asking from the ambo and hoping.
You get to make this program your own. We are reachable — email us anytime, post in the forums, come to live calls or other trainings we offer periodically — but there is no one from our team coming to your meetings after onboarding, and no one from our team on site.
The Combined Transformation Program is the tier that changes that.
